AllSet Refund Policy

Effective Date: 22 January 2025

Definitions

"AllSet" means the AI-powered booking management platform operated by AllSet Digital Ltd (UK Company number 16034768);

"AllSet Service" means the booking management and payment processing functionality provided by AllSet through WhatsApp;

"Booked Service" means a fixed-duration, fixed-price service offered by a Business to Customers through AllSet;

"Business" means any service provider using AllSet to manage bookings and payments for their Booked Services;

"Customer" means any person making bookings for Booked Services through AllSet;

"Booking" means the agreement between a Business and Customer for the provision of a Booked Service at a specific time;

1. Customer Payments for Booked Services

  • 1.1 AllSet does not process or provide refunds for payments made by Customers to Businesses for Booked Services.
  • 1.2 All refund requests for Booked Services must be directed to and handled by the relevant Business directly.
  • 1.3 AllSet acts solely as a booking facilitation platform and has no involvement in or responsibility for:
    • (a) The delivery of Booked Services
    • (b) The quality of Booked Services
    • (c) Disputes between Customers and Businesses
    • (d) Refunds for Booked Services
    • (e) Cancellation policies set by Businesses

2. Business Subscription Payments

  • 2.1 Refunds for AllSet Service subscription payments are provided at the sole discretion of AllSet Digital Ltd and on a case-by-case basis.
  • 2.2 AllSet reserves the right to refuse refund requests, particularly in cases where we find evidence of:
    • (a) Fraud
    • (b) Refund abuse
    • (c) Manipulative behavior
    • (d) Violation of our Terms and Conditions
    • (e) Usage of the AllSet Service during the subscription period
  • 2.3 No refunds will be provided for:
    • (a) Partial usage of subscription periods
    • (b) Unused periods after cancellation
    • (c) Service discontinuation due to Terms violations
    • (d) Changes in business circumstances
    • (e) Changes in service features or pricing
  • 2.4 This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in relation to services which are:
    • (a) Not as described
    • (b) Not fit for purpose
    • (c) Not delivered with reasonable care and skill

3. Refund Requests

  • 3.1 For Customers:
    • (a) Contact the Business directly for all refunds related to Booked Services
    • (b) AllSet cannot assist with or process these refund requests
  • 3.2 For Businesses:
    • (a) Subscription refund requests must be submitted to support@allset.chat
    • (b) Include your Business name and reason for refund request
    • (c) Allow up to 5 business days for review
    • (d) AllSet's decision regarding refunds is final

4. Changes to This Policy

  • 4.1 AllSet reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time.

  • 4.2 Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
